Tiffin Area Pax Christi began in 2003 in response to the Iraq War.  Many of our members were demonstrating in front of the Seneca County Courthouse in the winter before the war, hoping along with much of the world that we could prevent a war.  When it began in March 2003, we soon understood that working for peace was going to be a lifelong journey best made in community with other peacemakers.  And so we decided to affiliate with Pax Christi USA and begin holding monthly meetings at St. Francis Spirituality Center.

Today we’ve broadened our work to include prison reform, justice for Palestinians, and much more.  We meet monthly on the first Thursday of the month, 7:00 pm, at St. Francis Spirituality Center, 200 St. Francis Ave., Tiffin, OH 44883.  All are welcome!
